Conversion tracking troubleshooting

Diagnose the implemented CTA-click webhook​

  1. Open Integrations & APIs → Webhooks → Recent deliveries and look for conversion.fired.
  2. Confirm that the endpoint is Healthy and subscribed to the event.
  3. Open the delivery and inspect videoId, sessionId, buttonId, buttonLabel, and trackingId.
  4. If no delivery exists, confirm that the CTA is enabled and published, the page hostname is allowed, and the viewer actually clicked the button.

A successful conversion.fired delivery proves only that the CTA click reached your endpoint. Purchase status, amount, currency, refunds, and revenue attribution must be diagnosed in your checkout or analytics system.

Does AtomicPlayer record your checkout purchases as revenue?

No. The current implementation emits CTA-click metadata only; verify and report purchases in your commerce or analytics system.

What does conversion.fired contain?

It contains player context and CTA button metadata. It does not contain amount or currency.
