AtomicPlayer subscription and limits

AtomicPlayer is sold as hosted video capacity plus conversion and analytics features. Exact tier names, prices, and limits appear under Billing in the workspace sidebar—use that screen as the source of truth, not marketing pages alone.

What billing affects​

  • Upload and library — Storage and video count meters on the Billing tab.
  • Views and bandwidth — Monthly play and delivery meters.
  • Advanced features — A/B testing, custom domains, DRM, team roles, and Atomicat AI allowances vary by tier shown in your plan picker.
  • Team seats — Active members counted against your plan's seat meter.

Where to check your plan​

  1. Open Billing in the workspace sidebar.
  2. Read Current plan, Usage this month, and Change plan for limits and upgrades.

Where do I see my limits?

Open Billing in the workspace sidebar. The Usage this month cards show storage, views, AI usage, seats, and other meters against your plan.

Why can't I upload or embed?

You may have hit a plan limit or need a higher tier. Check Billing and upgrade with Change plan if needed.

Do external videos require AtomicPlayer?

No. Get embed is for hosted AtomicPlayer files. External URLs use your page's own video element.
