Manage videos

Open Videos to manage the current workspace library.

Browse and organize​

  • Search visible titles; filter by Published, Draft, or Processing.
  • Sort by Most recent, Most views, or Highest retention.
  • Switch between Grid, List, and Table.
  • Create folders and tags, filter by tags, and move videos between folders.
  • Review the workspace storage meter and upgrade link when a higher plan is available.

Editors can upload through the real resumable upload modal. Processing items are polled automatically and cannot be opened or selected until ready.

Bulk actions​

Select ready videos to move them, add an existing tag, or delete them. Delete asks you to confirm. The dialog states that this permanently deletes the video, its transcripts, captions, tags, and analytics, and that this cannot be undone. While the request runs the button reads Deleting…. A failure shows Failed to delete video.

Frequently asked questions​

Why can't I open a processing video?

The library deliberately disables navigation and selection until processing finishes.

Can I sort by revenue?

No. The current sort options are recent, views, and retention.
