AI credits and top-ups
Users whose effective role permissions include billing.manage can open Billing to see AI credits used, the plan limit, remaining credits, and light/heavy call activity. The on-page description covers the current billing period for captions and AI dubs. Monthly plan credits are used first, then purchased packs. Failed jobs are refunded. Credit cost depends on the AI operation; use the displayed meter as the current record.
If packs are available for the workspace, AI credit packs appears below usage. Select Buy pack for a listed pack. For a custom amount, enter 100–100,000 credits in increments of 100. The current UI prices custom credits at 100 credits = US$1 and enforces a US$2,000 daily custom-purchase limit per workspace.
Checkout opens in Stripe. Credits apply automatically after Stripe confirms payment and purchased credits do not reset with the monthly allocation. The resulting invoice appears in Billing. Availability and preset prices come from the billing service and can vary; if the panel is absent, no pack is currently offered. See Plan checkout and billing portal.
