Cancel or pause

Open Billing for the active workspace. The production Billing page currently has no cancel, downgrade-to-Free, pause, archive, or delete control. The old danger-zone implementation is commented out.

Only users with billing.manage can access this page. Values and availability come from live billing APIs. Controls described by older prototypes—such as export all, switch to annual, downgrade, cancel, pause, archive, or delete—must not be assumed available.
