Authorize domains for AtomicPlayer
Open a video, select Settings, and find Domain access.
- Enable Only allow approved domains.
- Add a hostname or URL. Input is normalized to a lowercase hostname.
- Add the root and wildcard separately when both are needed.
- Select Save & publish.
example.com matches only the exact root. *.example.com matches subdomains such as www.example.com, but not the root itself. Up to 100 unique hostnames are accepted by the player configuration. When restriction is enabled, requests from unlisted hosts and requests without a website origin are blocked; the backend checks Origin first and Referer second.
You can also maintain the allowed-domain list in Customize → Anti-piracy, but publish the resulting video draft before testing.
Frequently asked questions
Should I paste https://example.com/page?
You may paste it; the editor extracts the hostname. Paths are not stored.
Why can't I publish an empty allowlist?
Domain lock requires at least one approved domain to avoid accidentally blocking every embed.
