Trust and grounding

Atomicat AI is designed to use workspace-scoped product data and to separate suggestions from confirmed changes.

Workspace-scoped tools

The server injects the workspace identity and gives Ask AI read tools for available analytics, videos, transcripts, audiences, traffic sources, and experiments. The system prompt instructs it not to invent metrics, video titles, or workspace data and not to accept a workspace ID supplied in the prompt.

Evidence in answers

Ask AI can name videos and use timestamps from a completed transcript or recorded analytics data. However, citations are plain narrative text and the current response schema has no required citation field. Do not assume every claim will include a video and timestamp; verify important numbers in the corresponding product report.

Thin or unavailable data

A responsible answer should identify missing data rather than manufacture a result. A/B tests with no events must be described as having no results, not zero performance. If copy is requested without a complete transcript or pasted source, Ask AI should ask for the text.

Confirm before changes

Action tools create proposals. The operator must confirm them. Draft player changes do not publish automatically, and test creation does not launch the test. Publishing and launching require separate explicit confirmations.

Private by default

Workspace access is checked server-side and chat tools run in that workspace scope. Follow your organization's data-handling requirements and review current product and provider policies for contractual privacy details.

Frequently asked questions

Does every answer include a source citation?

No. Ask AI can name videos and transcript timestamps, but the current response contract does not require a citation for every claim. Verify important numbers in the product report.

What happens when data is unavailable?

Ask AI is instructed not to invent metrics or copy. It should report missing results or ask you to provide source text when a transcript is unavailable.

Can Ask AI make a change without confirmation?

No. Supported action tools create proposals. Publishing and launching are separate explicit confirmations.
