Where Atomicat AI is available
Atomicat AI access is determined by your workspace's current entitlements and AI-credit wallet. The product does not promise Ask AI on every plan: a workspace without the feature sees an explicit not-entitled message.
Check availability
Open Billing to see the features and limits attached to your workspace. Ask AI can return two different blocking states: not included in this plan and all credits used for the period. They require different remedies.
How AI usage is metered
Billing reports credits used, credit limit, credits remaining, and separate light/heavy totals. A light call costs 1 credit and a heavy call costs 5 credits. Failed calls are free. The headline is credits spent, not the number of calls.
Monthly plan credits reset with the billing period. Purchased packs use a separate balance that does not reset; the current implementation applies that balance to Media AI caption and dubbing jobs after monthly credits are used. Ask AI chat and generated-insight entitlement checks use the monthly allowance and do not currently consume purchased-pack balance. Billing shows available packs and checkout.
Change what you can access
To unlock more of Atomicat AI, upgrade your plan. See Billing & Plans to compare tiers and change plan, and Usage and consumption to check where you stand this month.

Frequently asked questions
Is Ask AI included on every plan?
Not necessarily. Availability follows workspace entitlements; the app shows a specific not-entitled message when Ask AI is absent.
How much does an AI call cost?
The current billing model charges 1 credit for light calls and 5 credits for heavy calls. Failed calls are free.
Do purchased credits expire at the monthly reset?
Purchased packs use a non-resetting balance. In the current implementation that balance supplements Media AI jobs, not Ask AI chat or insight gating.
Where do I check AI usage?
Open Billing to see used, limited, remaining, and light/heavy credit totals.
