Player Studio overview
Player Studio v2 manages workspace-wide player defaults. A live runtime preview supports desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
Draft and publish workflow
- Edit a section and resolve validation errors.
- Save stores a new draft revision; it does not publish that revision.
- Publish defaults creates a numbered published version.
- Apply to videos copies the published version—not unsaved or merely saved draft changes—to all videos or selected videos.
Per-video customized sections remain custom when workspace defaults are applied. Video media, titles, experiments, and per-video timing are not changed.
Sections
The editor includes Skin & theme, Controls, Smart Progress, Thumbnail, Smart Autoplay, Continue Watching, Headlines, Turbo Mode, Mini-Hooks, CTAs, Pitch Reveal, Lead Capture, Subtitles & audio, Anti-piracy, Traffic filter, Pixels & tracking, and Advanced.
Use Published version history to restore an earlier version into the draft, review it, then publish if desired. Use themes and version history for the full workflow.
Frequently asked questions
