Controls and layout

Use Player Studio → Controls for workspace defaults or Customize → Controls for one video.

Available controls​

The current editor includes Big play button, Play/pause in bar, Disable pause, Disable seeking, Time & progress bar, Rewind 10s, Forward 10s, Volume, Playback speed, Quality selector, Picture-in-picture, Settings, Share, Smart pause, Loop, and Fullscreen.

Chapter markers are intentionally disabled in the schema and runtime; see Chapters.

Big play button​

This toggle shows or hides the large center play button before playback starts.

Disable pause and seeking​

Disable pause prevents viewer pause actions. Disable seeking locks timeline and keyboard seeking. Smart Progress Fake also disables seeking; Hidden removes the progress row.

Skin settings provide Classic, Minimal, Cinema, and VSL layouts plus Compact or Comfortable density. There is no Roomy density in the current editor.

Frequently asked questions​

Does hiding the progress bar prevent all seeking?

Use Disable seeking for an explicit lock. Fake progress also locks seeking; Hidden removes the row.

Can I enable chapters?

No. The chapter control and editor are not shipped in the current production runtime.
