Workspaces and navigation

Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar and select a workspace. The active workspace name and your role appear in the switcher, and workspaceId is added to dashboard URLs so links retain context.

The sidebar links to Home, Videos, Analytics, Player Studio, A/B Tests, Integrations & APIs, Showcases, and Ask AI. The workspace section links to Team, Billing, and Settings. Billing is hidden unless your role has billing.manage; internal migration administration is shown only to internal admins.

On screens narrower than 720 px, open the navigation with the menu button. On desktop, collapse or expand it with the sidebar button or Cmd/Ctrl+B. The collapsed preference is saved in your browser.

Keep the right workspace active​

Before uploading, changing settings, or reviewing billing, confirm the workspace in the switcher. Switching updates the URL without discarding the current route. Access is still checked by the API; a copied URL does not grant membership.

How can I tell which workspace is active?

Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar. It shows the active workspace name and your role, and dashboard URLs include its workspaceId.

Does switching workspaces take me away from the current page?

No. AtomicPlayer keeps the current route and changes the workspace context in the URL.

Why can’t I see Billing after switching workspaces?

Billing appears only when your role in that workspace includes billing.manage; roles can differ between workspaces.
