Storage regions

General settings currently displays United States · Iowa (us-central-1) in a static disabled selector. The dashboard does not currently support changing regions.

Open the relevant Settings section and treat disabled or absent controls as unavailable in the current production dashboard. Do not follow older prototype steps that mention controls not listed here.
