Audit log

Open Settings → Audit log. Access requires workspace.manage. Each row can show actor, action, target, IP address, time, and status. Filter Denied / blocked to focus on non-OK results, use Refresh, or Load more when the total exceeds loaded rows.

Export CSV exports the currently visible filtered rows, not an independently fetched complete archive. The service loads up to 100 events per request. Retention length is not stated in the dashboard, so do not assume a plan-specific period. See Roles and permissions.
